How do I select the correct price?
Open the product and choose all required options. Length, lace construction, texture or density may change its price. The listing and your selected cart item should describe the same configuration.
Does a bundle price include an entire install?
Not unless a listing explicitly describes a set. The displayed Loose Deep Wave and Vietnamese Straight collections identify 100 grams per bundle. Use the Bundle Planner with a total recommended by your stylist.
Are all wigs glueless?
Look for “glueless” on the individual product. Our Find Your Crown guide can filter for wigs with that label. Check cap measurements and fastening details to help you choose a suitable fit.
Are all products raw or single-donor hair?
No. Check the product-specific fiber and processing information. A claim on one collection is not a claim about every wig or lace piece.
Will the color look exactly like the photo?
The existing color-wig listings note that lighting and screen settings can affect how color appears. Ask about the actual product before selecting a color-critical order.
Can I order an out-of-stock option?
Unavailable options cannot currently be ordered. Contact us about the style and length you want; we can help you check the details.
How do I get help with an existing order?

Can I purchase from this staging store?
Not yet. This replacement store is in private review and checkout is not open. Existing orders remain with the original store; the new account area is not an import of your old order history.
