The source policy lists 1–2 business days for in-stock bundles, closures and frontals; 5–7 business days for custom wigs; and 7–14 business days for preorders or backorders.

It lists a noon Eastern Time cutoff and no processing on weekends or holidays. Processing time is additional to shipping transit time.
