Lace Guide

UNDERSTAND THE CONSTRUCTION

Read the lace. Then choose the look.

Start with coverage, then check the lace label and installation requirements on the exact product or option.

Coverage and material are separate.

The catalog uses coverage labels such as 2×6, 5×5, 6×6, 13×4 and 13×6. It separately uses labels such as transparent or HD. A 5×5 transparent closure and a 5×5 HD closure share a stated coverage measurement; the material label is different. Do not infer HD from the word transparent.

A closure or frontal may be sold as a separate lace piece or incorporated into a complete wig. Check which product you are buying. A photograph of a finished hairstyle does not mean bundles or a complete wig are included.

Compare the exact item.

The natural black and #350 bob listings specify 5×5 transparent closures. The #27 bob specifies a 5×5 closure without a confirmed HD or transparent label. The 22-inch brown-blend glueless wig specifies a 5×5 HD closure. The ginger 30-inch wig specifies 2×6 transparent lace.

For products with closure and frontal options, select the intended construction before comparing prices. A frontal description should not be treated as proof that all details apply to a closure option.

Glueless is an installation claim.

We use that label here only for products whose listings explicitly identify it. Neither a lace size nor an elastic band alone establishes that a wig is intended to be worn without adhesive. Confirm fit, fastening and installation requirements for your chosen unit.
